"Not really worth the price"
I felt like it was way too expensive for what I got. The quality just didnt match the price, and I left feeling disappointed.

"I was excited to use this diffuser, but..."
I was excited to use this diffuser, but it only worked for about a week before it stopped misting. The light still seemed to come on, but no mist would come out, which that part was weird. Disappointing overall

"Weak scent kind of ruined my plans"
I ordered from aroma.us thinking it would make my place smell really nice for a dinner I had planned, but the scent was super weak. It came off kind of flat and cheap, and it faded so fast that I could barely tell I’d used it. I was annoyed because I had everything set up and was hoping for that cozy, nice-smelling vibe, but it just didn’t happen. For the price, I expected a lot better

"Late delivery again"

"Found What I Needed in No Time"
I hopped on the site expecting to spend a while clicking around, but it was way easier than I thought. I found what I was looking for quickly, added it to my cart, and checkout went through without any weird hiccups or extra steps. It was one of those nice little moments where everything just works the way it should.

"Wanted to like it, but the scents fell flat"
I was excited to try this, but once I saw the scent options, my mood kind of dropped. There just wasn’t much to choose from, and the ones available didn’t smell great to me. I kept hoping one would surprise me, but nope, disappointing overall...

"Quiet for the most part, with a little hum"
I got this diffuser from aroma.us, and so far I’ve been happy with it. I can’t say I’ve compared it to a ton of other diffusers or anything, but in my normal day-to-day use, it’s been quiet. It gives off a soft little hum in the background, but I can still watch TV, work, or just hang out without really noticing it much.

The only reason I’d stop at 4 stars is that I do hear it a bit more at night when everything else is completely silent. It’s not loud or annoying, at least not to me, but I wouldn’t call it totally silent either. Overall, it’s a nice diffuser and the noise level seems fine for most situations.

"Works well when I need it"
I don’t pay attention to every little thing with the app, but the main thing I care about is whether it connects, and most days it does just fine. It can be a little slow sometimes, but overall it’s been reliable for me.

"Looks good, but a few things bug me"
It does look nice on my counter and the overall design is clean. That said, a few parts feel bulkier than I expected, and the buttons aren’t as easy to use as they should be. Also kind of annoying that the terms seemed to change after I bought it, which left a bad taste. It’s fine overall, just not perfect.

"Still getting charged after canceling"
I canceled my subscription, but I still got billed again anyway. Now I have to waste time chasing this down, contacting support, and checking my statements like it’s my job. Really frustrating.

"Goes through oil way too fast"
I really liked the scent at first, but this thing uses up oil so quickly. I had it set on low and still felt like I was refilling it way sooner than I should’ve been. I also got inconsistent answers when I tried to figure out if that was normal, which just made it more frustrating. For the price, it feels like way too much upkeep. Not worth it for me

"Refund worked out, just took a bit"
I ordered a diffuser and then had that gut feeling quickly that I probably didn’t need it after all. It had already shipped by then, so I reached out about returning it and getting a refund. The replies took a few days, which was a little frustrating because I wasn’t totally sure what was going on.

Once I sent the item back, they did refund me, so in the end it was fine. My overall feeling is that the process wasn’t bad, just slower than I would’ve liked. I think 3 stars is fair.

"Nice scent, but I wish it lasted longer"
I do like the scent I got from aroma.us, it has a clean, fresh smell and it’s not overpowering when you first use it. The only downside is that it doesn’t seem to stick around as long as I’d hoped. After a few hours, I can barely smell it unless I’m close. It’s not a bad product, but for the price, I was expecting the scent to last a bit longer.

"Refills are impossible to find"
I feel stupid for trusting this product. The refills are never in stock anywhere, so now I’m stuck with something I can’t even keep using. Really frustrating.

"Return was fine, just kind of slow??"
I had to return something I ordered from aroma.us because it wasn’t really what I thought I was getting. The return form itself was easy, but then I had to email them twice just to get the label figured out, which was a little confusing??

The refund did eventually show up, so at least that part worked out. It just took longer than I expected, so overall I’d say it wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either.

"Decent coverage, but it really depends where you are"
Aroma.us has been fine for me around my neighborhood, so I can’t really complain based on my own use. But a friend of mine who lives a little outside town couldn’t get service at all, so I think it really depends on your location. It’s not bad, just probably worth checking the coverage in your area before signing up

"Diffuser kept stopping on me"
The weird part is, it seemed fine at first, but then it just kept stopping randomly. I tried giving it another chance, but it didn’t last long at all. i wouldn’t really trust this diffuser again.

"I tried setting up aroma.us and got..."
I tried setting up aroma.us and got stuck almost immediately. The instructions weren’t very clear, a few pages loaded strangely, and the support link didn’t really get me anywhere. It reminded me of trying to help my dad set up his old router years ago, lots of clicking around and no real progress. I eventually just gave up

"Barely noticed the scent"
I tried it expecting the fragrance to fill the space a bit, but from my experience, the scent was just too weak. Unless I was standing really close to it, I could hardly smell anything at all. Maybe it works better in a very small room, but for me it didn’t really make much of a difference, so I was disappointed.
